Description
Español: Parque en honor a la Batalla Naval del Lago que sello la Independencia de Venezuela de España. Este mirador permite una vista de Maracaibo y su lago a unos 54 metros de altura aproximadamente, en conjunto con las otras áreas de este parque de 3 hectáreas, se convierte desde 1973 en un punto reconocido de esparcimiento para el habitante y visitante.
