Description
English: Chauffeur home with double garage in Berlin-Dahlem, planned by Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948) for banker Gustaf Ratjen (1881–1928). The chauffeur home was an addition to the neighbouring cottage which formerly (1911–1917) was in the ownership of Ahrends and his family.
Deutsch: Chauffeurhaus mit Doppelgarage, Miquelstraße 72 in Berlin-Dahlem, 1921/22 als Ergänzung zum Landhaus Miquelstraße 66/68 für den Bankier Gustaf Ratjen (1881–1928) vom Bankhaus Delbrück & Schickler erbaut. Architekt: Bruno Ahrends (1878–1948), der ursprüngliche Bauherr und Besitzer des dazugehörigen Landhauses Miquelstraße 66/68.
