The image describes some properties of the minor planet 4426 Roerich, and shows its orbit relative to the orbits of Venus, Earth, Mars, and Jupiter.
Russian text in image, lazily transcribed: "Малая планета Солнечной системе элементы орбиты а (большая полос) i (наклон плоскости) Н (абсолотная звездная величина расстояние от Солнча, мин. расстояние от Земли - Венера - Земля - Марс - Рерих - Юпитер." (Maybe someone can transcribe better and translate for posterity.)
