Stamp Club to Note Birthday. The Peninsula Stamp club will observe its 15th birthday at a gathering at 8 tomorrow night in the Peninsula Recreation center, 850 Burlingame avenue, Burlingame. Milton Richter of San Mateo, founder and first president of the club, will give a brief history of the organization. Earl Bryan will display and discuss early 20th century United States stamps. The Junior Stamp club will meet at 7:15 p.m.
