This photograph of the Milner Building was taken by me on December 9, 2010 facing northeast. The building is located in downtown Gulfport at 2602-2608 · 13th Street (north side of 13th Street just west of 26th Avenue) and lies within the Harbor Square Historic District. It is designated on the application to include the Harbor Square Historic District in the National Register of Historic Places as being "Pivotal".
