| Description |
English: Millennium Infinity footbridge The £15000000 footbridge connecting the University of Durham's Queen's Campus at Stockton to the north bank of the River Tees is very striking, but not very busy - I waited some time for some human interest, but none materialised despite the bridge clearly having room for a veritable torrent of humanity. Perhaps this is not entirely surprising, as the north bank at this stage is still awaiting is turn in the "Stockton Renaissance" proclaimed on many signs around the area, and still looks relatively derelict. Perhaps the February weather (overcast and spots of rain) were not conducive for tourism. |
