Description Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark T. Esper (left) and Kathryn Condon (right), former executive director, Army National Military Cemeteries, walk back to their seats after revealing two new street signs during the dedication ceremony for the newest area of Arlington National Cemetery, also known as the Millennium site, at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Sept. 6, 2018. The streets were named in honor of U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Jonathan Gifford and Ida Lewis of the U.S. Lighthouse Service (later absorbed into the U.S. Coast Guard).
