| Description |
English: Mill Pond? This photograph looks like anything BUT a mill pond, however it was once the north-western corner of the pond.
The area became the source of the local water supply and a number of water tanks were built. The grassy shapes here are the remains of some of the tanks and can be seen at the western end of a short 429827 that connects Hungate with Church Lane. |
