| Description |
English: This is one of the many Mikwehs near the temple. After being sprinkled on the third and seventh day by the living water mixed with the ashes of the Red Heifer, the ancient Israelites would then wash their clothes and be immersed. Before making any sacrifice they were required to undergo this seven day purification. |
