Description
English: Middlesboro, Kentucky, Carnegie Library Building was built in the early 1900s and served as a public library until the 1970s. Today the structure houses a local history museum for Bell County Historical Society and is part of the Middlesboro Downtown Commercial District designation on the National Register of Historic Places.
