Description
English: Douglas fir embryo grown under bacteria and fungi-free conditions alongside a suspension culture on maintenance media. This random bulbous outgrowth grew, and looks like a rubber duck. The yellow colouring was from the light source, and microscopic image taken with a Nikon SMZ-2T dissection microscope
