Description
English: A microburin of dark brown translucent flint. This was probably the proximal end of a blade.There are remains of platform abrasion and micro-flaking on the butt with the soft hammer struck diffuse bulb of percussion below on the ventral surface. The blade has the remains of an abruptly flaked notch that has been obliquely snapped through.The major dorsal scars suggest an opposed platform core. Butler(2005) illustrates a microburin on page 91,fig. 34, 5.
