Description
Italiano: L'Aspergillus niger è un fungo che causa otite esterna nell'uomo. L'immagine è stata ripresa con un microscopio ottico a ingrandimento 40x. Sono visibili i due conidiofori formati da una vescicola globosa che raggruppa tutt'intorno le spore. Caratteristica per il riconoscimento al microscopio ottico è la tipica distribuzione radiale delle fialidi.
English: Aspergillus niger is a fungus that causes otitis externa in humans. The image was taken with an optical microscope at 40x. The two conidiophores formed by a globose vesicle. The main characteristic for the recognition of that species under the optical microscope is the typical radial distribution of the phialides.
