Installation « Souffler en s’inclinant légèrement vers le temps. » Art Souterrain, Zone 2 : Complexe Desjardins « Michèle Lorrain s’intéresse à la construction de l’identité, aux facteurs qui contribuent à son émergence et au caractère singulier de l’individu. Son travail se développe sous l’angle du rapport à l’autre en élaborant une trame intimiste qui s’inscrit en parallèle des enjeux sociaux. L’œuvre réfère à l’impermanence des choses et à la distance que l’individu entretient à l’égard des autres, mais aussi de lui-même. FINFORFOUFOI est une installation qui force l’introspection au sein même de l’espace public. Michèle Lorrain is interested in the construction of identity, the factors which contribute to its emergence and the character of the singular individual. Her work is developing in terms of relation to the other by developing an intimate frame that parallels social issues. The work refers to the impermanence of things and the distance that the individual has with others but also within himself or herself. FINFORFOUFOI is an installation that forces the introspection of the public space. » |
