Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dr. Heinrich Meyer (17 May 1904 in Nuremberg – 10 October 1977 in Bellingham, Washington State) as a young teacher at progressive boarding school Schule am Meer (= School by the Sea) on Juist Island, North Sea, East Frisia, Prussia. Some data on this card are not correct: according to a passenger list of Norddeutscher Lloyd on 11 June 1930 he went aboard MS Crefeld in Bremen to migrate to the US. The ship's destination was Galveston, Texas. So he can't have been a teacher in Germany until Easter 1931 as stated on this card, instead until Easter 1930.
Deutsch: Dr. Heinrich Meyer (* 17.
