19 S. Park Ave. Montrose, Colorado State Register 8/11/1999, National Register 11/30/1999, 5MN.4493 Designed by Colorado Springs architect Thomas P. Barber, the large brick building is a good local example of the Romanesque Revival style. Much of the Akron Plan interior remains intact, and a mix of religious and secular stained glass windows are found throughout the building. Construction began in 1909 and was completed in 1920.
