Description
English: Advertisement for the American film Merry-Go-Round (1923), on page 3 of the June 18, 1923 Film Daily. The ad states that the film was selected to be shown on the initial voyage of the SS Leviathan, a former German ship seized during World War I, used as a troop ship, and refurbished for use as a trans-Atlantic liner. Its initial voyage was to be on 4 July 1923.
