Description
Español: Figura 1. Las células de Merkel MC están densamente representados en el hocico porcino.

Las MC marcadas con inmunotinción CK20 (en rojo) parecen abundantes en la capa basal de la epidermis del hocico porcino.
Por el contrario, se encontraron menos de 50 MC/mm2 en la piel glabra humana.
Los núcleos se tiñeron de azul con DAPI.
