English: Village green in Meriden, West Midlands (formerly Warwickshire), seen from the northwest. In the foreground is the base and shaft of the Medieval village cross, one of several sites claiming to be the "Centre of England". Beyond are the village maypole and a monument commemorating cyclists who were killed in the First World War.
