中文（臺灣）：好幾年前，當時的台南市政府，編織地下街的美夢，拓寬道路，徵收民宅，怪手進入那一刻，拆除兩邊房舍，但卻未考慮這區域早期是五條港範圍，地下水路與土質，使得工程面臨進退兩難的窘進，就這樣海安路的兩旁，牆面破碎，斷痕殘壁，所幸在2004年由杜昭賢策畫海安路藝術造街，其中藍晒牆由藝術家劉國滄所創作，藉由藍晒牆描繪過去，漸漸的海安路成為旅客、學子、在地人造訪的地景街廓 ，而藍牆也默默寄存這份記憶。2014年牆面塗白，這份共同回憶走入歷史，但藍晒牆已成為台南的一部分，因此同一年，西門路的藍晒圖文創園區開幕，其中園區的3D藍晒牆延續那份歲月。 描述歲月，創造回憶，保存記憶，這就是海安藍晒牆。 |
