aining, cleaning and repairingof the memorial; or in case, during any year, that there be anysuch surplus from the two-thirds portion of the annual income,said balance shall be reinvested and allowed to accumulate untilsuch time as its use is necessary in the maintenance, cleaning andrepairing of the monument. If, in any one year, the repairs on the memorial shall requiremore than the accumulated one-third of the annual incometherein provided for that purpose, it shall be the duty of thesaid First Ecclesiastical Society of Enfield, and it hereby doesagree, to expend all the income for that year on the memorialinstead of on the grounds. If at any time the grounds surrounding the monument orin the vicinity thereof, belonging to the Town of Enfield, andknown as the Town Green, are maintained and kept up atpublic expense, then and in such event all of the income arisingfrom said trust fund of $1500 for such period as said TownGreen is maintained and kept up at public expense, shall be 200
