English: Memorial Cross, Blackstone Edge Reservoir In memory of Billy Mottershead who died on 15th April 2002 aged 20 years. The inscription on the cross reads, "He lived his dream". The cross is situated near the junction of the A58, Halifax Road, and the B6138, Turvin Road on United Utilities land at the side of Blackstone Edge Reservoir. Today is the fifth anniversary of his death. |
