English: Megalith or not? This lopsided standing stone directly to the north of Mynydd Carningli (seen in the background) and within in sight of the Afon Nyfer estuary is not marked on the OS maps and is not, I believe, deemed to be archaeologically significant. Nevertheless it occupies an important position and looks striking even at an angle. |
