Description

A copy of the legal indictment used to pursue arrests of the suspects in the w:Megaupload article. w:Gizmodo: "Feds Kill Megaupload" embed the image in "update 5" at this Scribd url. It links to another page they call Mega Indictment which is the alleged source.

It is attributed to the w:Alexandria Division of the w:United States District Court for the w:Eastern District of Virginia.

The indictment has also been put online by the LA Times and by the Wall Street Journal.
