Description De Slufter is a beach area largely enclosed by dunes on the Dutch Wadden island of Texel, which is in open connection with the North Sea, creating a salt marsh landscape. De Slufter is part of the National Park Dunes of Texel. The area is owned by Staatsbosbeheer (State Forestry) .
