Español: CLED es un medio de cultivo desarrollado para facilitar el crecimiento de microorganismos con habilidad para colonizar vías urinarias y por tanto ser agentes causales de este tipo de infección. Como se aprecia en la fotografía su coloración es verde. Se torna amarillo cuando el microorganismo es capaz de utilizar el azúcar (Lactosa) del medio como fuente de carbono o azul cuando el desarrollo corresponde a microorganismos no fermentadores de lactosa.
