Medieval to post-Medieval double-oval buckle
Description
English: A copper-alloy double-oval buckle, dating from the Late Medieval to early post-Medieval periods.

The symmetrical frame has two 'D-shaped' sides. The upper surfaces are convex, the underside flat and the axis bar is of triangular section. The pin is missing. The buckle measures 22.8mm long, 18.2mm wide, 2.7mm thick and weighs 2.67g.
