Medieval rectangular buckle frame
Description
English: Medieval rectangular buckle frame with pin notch between pair of engraved lines and two other lines at ends of attachment edge, rectangular sheet plate with pin slot, slight frame recesses, one rivet hole near straight attachment edge, front sheet decorated with double row of punched addorsed triangles along sides and attachment edge and with an additional, transverse double row next to the rivet hole. Frame 15mm x 19mm, plate 30mm x 14-16mm. Late 14th century.
