English: A medieval lead bulla of Pope Gregory X (AD 1271-1276). The bulla is roughly circular in shape (39.75mm in diameter and 5.25mm thick), but is damaged at the edge of its lower section. The obverse contains the legend GRE / GORIVS. / PP X. A crozier appears above PP. The reverse depicts the heads of St Peter and St Paul facing each other, each in a compartment defined by beading, with a cross pattee with a long foot between them.
