Medieval gilt unidentified object
Description
English: Medieval gilt copper alloy unidentified object, very corroded and rather distorted, originally rolled sub-rectangular sheet possible ferrule or binding, irregular cut or broken ends, one of which is still partly rolled with three copper alloy rivets in opposed double perforations with at least five further perforations. Traces of longitudinal twin incised zig-zag lines with slight transverse grooves between. Length >46mm.
