Medieval gilded ring brooch
Description
English: Medieval gilded copper alloy ring brooch, 13th-14th century. Moulded pin with collar and twisted shaft. Ring constricted to take the pin. Decoration on obverse of ring of four equally-spaced plain bosses with raised pellets between. Reverse of ring angled. Traces of gilding on obverse and reverse. Diameter 19.3mm, thickness 3.5mm, weight 2.74g.
