Description |
English: Medieval copper alloy ewer spout, 36mm long, 22mm wide and 18mm thick. The object is in fair condition and weighs 38.46grams. The object consists of a cast sub rectangular form with a circular opening at the rear of a stylised dogs head with a circular sectioned spout emerging from its mouth. The dog has oval shaped ears, a ridge running down the centre of its head to a prominent brow and a slightly upturned nose. |
