Medieval coin: Groat of Edward III
Description
English: A medieval silver groat of Edward III (1327-1377). Fourth coinage, Pre-Treaty Period, Series C (North 1147) dating to 1351-1352. Mint of London. North (1975, 38).

The coin measures 28 mm in diameter. It appears to have been struck off centre rather than being clipped.
