Medieval buckle: Single looped buckle
Description
English: An incomplete copper alloy single looped buckle, dating to the medieval period. The buckle has a recessed strap or pin bar (with the pin now missing), and an open and rounded frame. There is no decoration visible. This style of buckle was common from c. AD 1250 - 1400.
