Medieval buckle: Single loop buckle
Description
English: A cast copper alloy single-looped buckle dating from c. AD 1250-1400. The buckle has two prominent lobed knops flanking three incised grooves around the pin rest. The pin bar is recessed and probably would have also held a buckle plate. The pin is also missing.
