Title
Medieval Copper-alloy Ring Brooch reverse
Description
English: A plain copper-alloy ring brooch which probably dates from 1300 to 1500. The external diameter of the ring brooch is 27 mm and the internal diameter is 20mm. The brooch is bevelled on what would have been the visible surface and tapers slightly on the reverse side. The brooch pin is intact and measures 20 mm including its hinge and 15 mm without it. It therefore does not rest on the brooch frame, but is held in place by the swivel pin design.
