Description
English: Silver coin. Farthing of Edward I (1272-1307) or Edward II (1307-1327), Withers Type 28, North type 10, issue of 1300-1310.

Obverse description: Facing bust with bifoliate crown with no intermediate jewels, drapery of angled wedges. Initial cross pattee.

Obverse inscription: +ED[--]ARDVS[--]

Reverse description: Long cross, three pellets in each angle, inner circle.

Reverse inscription: [C]IVI/TAS/(LON)/D[ON]

Diameter (long axis): 12.7mm, Weight: 0.26gms, die axis: 3
