Title
Medieval: Ceramic Vessel
Description
English: Four (4) bodysherds, weighing 14.7 grams, from of a wheelthrown ceramic vessel.

All four (4) sherds have a fabric similar to that described as SAND1 in Ratkai 2000, p85, but with a dark green glaze. It consists of a glazed sandy ware, a regional type of jugs, found in Herefordshire and Shropshire, with a main concentration in Worcestershire and Staffordshire. The bodysherds have been photographed as a group.
