Description
English: Copper alloy

Medal; the finder identifies this as relating to service on armed trawlers, which had roles in patrol, escort, mine clearance and anti-submarine warfare. A four-pointed star crowned with central wreath around crossed swords; the Royal monogram GV appears at base of wreath. A suspension loop at top, integrally cast. A central scroll reads: 1914-15.

On the reverse, on three lines, the stamped legend: TS.3461/F.ROBERTSON/TR.,R.N.R.

Length: 61.7mm, Width: 44mm, Thickness: 3.7mm, Weight: 24.57gms.
