Notes Anzac and C.D.C. No 4 Queen fundraising medal, Canterbury Queen Carnival, 1916, WW1 During the Canterbury Queen Carnival held in 1916, the Queen No 4 was the "Soldiers Queen", Mrs GE Rhodes, nominated by the Anzac (returned soldiers) and the Citizens Defence Committee. Their fundraising medal was sold with a red and white ribbon, the colours of the Soldiers Queen.
