Notes Greek Red Cross medal for Second Balkan War, 1913 (against Bulgaria). This medal belonged to Staff Nurse Nina May Palmer (NZRN). New Zealand Registered Nurse Nina May Palmer served with the Greek Red Cross in Macedonia during the Second Balkan War 1913 and with the French Red Cross and the British Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve (QAIMNS)R in France during WW1 1914-1918.
