English: This graph shows mean annual changes in the U.S. abortion rate by Presidential administration, from 1974 to 2018. Means are geometric means. For example, the abortion rate rose 19% in the Carter administration. The mean annual increase is 4.46%, because 104.46%*104.46%*104.46%*104.46%=119%.
