Description
English: US President William McKinley was assassinated in 1901. A memorial service was held in the chambers of the House of Representatives on February 27, 1902. John Hay delivered the oration. This is a fascimile of the official card of admission. The card has signatures of Joseph B. Foraker, Chairman of the Senate Committee, and Charles H. Grosvenor, Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee.
