Deutsch: Max-Josefs-Platz 20, Rosenheim; Bürgerhaus, sogenanntes Weinhaus "Zum Santa" oder Fortnerhaus, ehem. dreigeschossiges Grabendachhaus mit Erdgeschosslauben, großräumigem Fletz mit Treppenaufgang und großem Hof mit Holzgalerien des 17. Jahrhunderts, zum Hof hin frühgotischer Rechteckraum der 2. Hälfte des 13. Jahrhunderts, im Kern spätgotisch, 1642 umgestaltet, Rokoko-Stuckfassade um 1745, Aufbau des vierten Geschosses und Erweiterung des Fassadendekors in Neurokokoformen Ende 19. Jahrhundert.
