Description
English: Isolation cell. Prisoners suspected of serious offence or those whose testimony was particularly important for Gestapo were kept here. Prisoners were often kept in fetters. Some of them had been questioned 50 times and more.
Polski: Cela izolatka w Mauzoleum Walki i Męczeństwa przy al. Szucha 25 w Warszawie. W celach izolatkach umieszczani byli więźniowie aresztowani w ważnych sprawach lub też tacy, na których zeznaniach Gestapo wyjątkowo zależało. Więźniowie przetrzymywani w tych celach często byli zakuci w kajdany. Niektórych przesłuchiwano po 50 i więcej razy. Ciężko pobici, głodni, chorzy, niejednokrotnie pozbawieni jakiegokolwiek posłania, przebywali w nich nieraz tygodniami, a nawet miesiącami.
