English: On 19 October 2018 at 10pm the mattress shown in the photo was dumped on the pavement next to a skip at the rear of Lord Morrison Hall, Scales Road, Tottenham N17.
Reported to Haringey Council using the free website Fix My Street. ───────────────────────────── Reply below from Veolia, Haringey's waste contractor. Obviously I didn't report a "fly-tip" in the sense of a pile of dumped trash. But that's how the Government statistics are recorded. Which may mean the stats are not as useful as they might be.
