Description
Deutsch: Pest- und Dreifaltigkeitssäule am Hauptplatz in Mattersburg. Eine weitere, unter Denkmalschutz stehende Pest- und Dreifaltigkeitssäule befindet sich bei der Pfarrkirche hl. Martin.
English: Pest- and trinity-stock on the main place in Mattersburg. An other Pest- and trinity-stock is near the parish church.
Français : Colonne de la Sainte Trinité érigée en 1714 pour remercier Dieu d'avoir sauvé le village de la peste de 1713. Ste Rosalie figure en relief sur le socle. Au-dessus les statues de St Roch, St sébastien, Ste Barbe et Sainte Marie-Madeleine entourent le fût sur lequel serpente de la vigne. Au sommet un Trône de grâce: le Christ en croix est dominé par Dieu le Père et soutenu par le symbole du St Esprit.
