日本語: 苛酷な戦国乱世を生き抜いた松浦鎮信は、豊臣秀吉の起こした文禄・慶長の朝鮮の役に際して、松浦党を率いて朝鮮に出陣した。 その船には赤地に三つ星の旗、船印として真っ赤な吹流しに白く抜いた三つ星が立てられていた。 朝鮮に渡った鎮信は異境を転戦すること七年、その陣に立てられた馬印は竹篭に黒い鶏の羽毛を まぶしつけた「三つ団子」であった。別に「鶏毛三つ星」ともよばれたのは、 家紋「三つ星」を立体化したものであったからだ。ほかに「三つ星瓶子紋」「三つ星梶葉紋」の旗も用いたが、 瓶子は神酒を供える器、梶は御食を盛る器であり諏訪神の紋、いずれも神威を被る依代となるものであった。
鎮信は法印の位をえて入道「平戸法印」とよばれ、豊臣から徳川の世に移る難しい時代を生き抜き 近世大名平戸藩松浦家の初代となった。その背景には、鎮信自身の実力があったことはいうまでもないが、 「三つ星」と「梶葉」の加護があったのかもしれない。 |
