Mathias Larssen-gården, Olav Tryggvasons gate 34. Gården ble ødelagt i bybrannen 1841, men gjenreist og 1843 overtatt av kjøpmennene Hans A. Benneche (se Benneches vei) og Peter A. Benneche. Fra 1893 eide handelsmann Karl Kvennild gården, som han 1896 slo sammen med naboeiendommen Olav Tryggvasons gate 36, som fra 1839 hadde tilhørt garver Niels C. Dahl. Eiendommene ble ødelagt av brann 1896 og Kvennild oppførte den nåværende murgården på tomten. Denne ble 1903 solgt til kjøpmann Mathias Larssen. 1913 ble Taraldsgårdsveita 11 slått sammen med denne gården. Gården er i senere år ombygd til en rekke selveierleiligheter. Den rommer for øvrig firmaene City Radio & TV-Service AS og Marklund Management.
