KOLONIA, Pohnpei (June 23, 2015) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Charles Runner reads a book to children during a community service event at the Pohnpei Library. The Federated States of Micronesia is the second stop of Pacific Partnership 2015 for the Military Sealift Command joint high speed vessel USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3). Now in its 10th iteration, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
